SharpSpring is on the map! (Can you find us on the Marketing Technology Landscape? Hint: we’re right next to Adobe).

We’re taking the bestmarketing automation tools to unprecedented new heights. Let’s dive in to all the new features now available in SharpSpring.

SharpSpring Now Linked to LinkedIn

The value of marketing automation is the ability to building relationships across digital channels. With our update this week, SharpSpring now allows you to connect with leads on LinkedIn. Under the option’s tab within the lead’s contact page, you can extend an invitation to connect on LinkedIn. This activity will be tracked in the Life of the Lead.

Fantastic Tasks: Triggers & Filters

Our tasks are now more specific. We refined the task setup by distinguishing triggers from filters. The triggers initiate the workflows, and the filters contain these workflows within certain criteria. This empowers your tasks to automate workflows for a more focused set of leads.

Taking Navigation to the Top

Our most popular features are now easier to find.  We’re moving popular aspects of SharpSpring to drop downs in the top navigation bar. In Analytics, you’ll now find Email Job History for quick access to email results. In the +New button, nearly everything you’d ever want to add into SharpSpring is now listed – including Upload Media.

Ready. Edit. Fire One-off Emails

We enhanced the process of sending a single email from the Contact Manager. Before the email is sent, you now have an opportunity to adjust the email for the specific individual receiving the email. This will allow you to add extra attachments or tailor template emails to an individual’s unique situation.
