How Does 10to8 Work?

10to8 integrations make it easy for users to manage their appointments. Clients and customers can use the 10to8 mobile app on their smartphone, tablet or computer to book an appointment.

All they have to do is select a service that they want to book and look at the available time slots. The user can then choose one of those times, enter their personal details and book the service. The user must check the box that allows the 10to8 platform to use the information provided to book the service or appointment.

Once the appointment has been made, the user will receive a notification of the booking and a reminder. If the user needs to cancel or makes changes to the appointment, this can easily be done through the notification they received.
