- Sign into SharpSpring
- Open SpringBoard, our in-app help platform
- Click "Get Support" to access our Support Portal
From the Support Portal, you can also track the status of your open tickets and enhancement requests. You can access related help desk articles and videos.

Sometimes answers are just a few clicks away. Click the question mark to open SpringBoard and access:
- Page Overlay to highlight what's available on a particular screen
