Art’s marketing journey began in 1994, when he joined Business Networking International (BNI), the largest networking and referral organization in the world. Art headed a Top 5 BNI region with chapters spread throughout Maryland, Virginia, North Carolina, and Florida. After BNI, Art worked with small businesses that later made the Inc.’s 5000 list. During this process, he noticed that these companies were experts in their trades and running their businesses, but weren’t adept at marketing them.
