We spend a full 60 days together to ensure that you’re able to fit the training into your schedule while still having time to manage your day-to-day operations.

We work closely with you.

You’ll be assigned an Onboarding Specialist during your 60-day training period. While our entire team is available and eager to help you learn the platform, your Onboarding Specialist will be your dedicated point of contact and your number-one advocate as you work to achieve specific goals. He or she will work closely with you to develop a training program that suits all of your needs.

Need to meet a few times early in the week, but the end of the week is no good? We can do that. Want to have separate training sessions for different teams or team members? We can do that. Have a last-minute campaign that you’d like launch? Yep, we can show you how to make that happen. We make sure you’re not working with a stranger, but with someone who wants to ensure your long-term success with our platform.

We help you resell the platform.

Partner enablement is the most unique aspect of our training process, and it exists specifically for our marketing agency partners. We make a ton of rebrandable resources available to our agency partners to help them communicate the value of marketing automation and resell SharpSpring. From presentations and case studies to a sandbox environment to pricing and comparison tools, we empower our partners with the resources they need so we can all grow together.
